Thank you for choosing 3 Card Codex by Tiastri.

These policies explain your reading, payment and delivery terms, cancellation options, how your personal information is used,

and any optional product recommendations.

1. What your reading includes:

3 Card Codex is a personalized three-card tarot reading exploring one submitted question or situation, delivered by email.

Your reading includes:

A personalized interpretation of your three-card reading. An original photograph of my tarot table. A personalized affirmation inspired by your situation.

An original photograph of the crystal used during your reading.

This is an email service, not a live appointment. Additional readings or new questions require a separate booking unless otherwise agreed.

2. Payment and booking confirmation: Payment is due at booking. Accepted payment methods are Venmo, PayPal, Zelle, and Cash App.

Your booking is confirmed once I have received and confirmed both your completed form and payment.

You will receive a confirmation email stating your delivery deadline.

Please provide an accurate email address and enough information for me to understand your one question.

3. Your 24-hour delivery promise: Your personalized reading will be sent within 24 hours of booking confirmation.

Delivery means the reading has been sent to the email address you provided. Please check your spam or junk folder before reporting a missing email.

If your reading does not arrive as expected, contact readings@tiastri.com so I can investigate and resend it if necessary.

If I cannot fulfill your booking or do not send your reading within the confirmed 24-hour timeframe, I will issue a full refund.

4. Cancellations and refunds: Each reading is personally prepared for you.

Before preparation begins: Cancellation requests received before I begin preparing your reading qualify for a full refund.

After preparation begins: Change-of-mind cancellations and refunds are no longer available.

Your reading will still be completed and delivered as promised.

After delivery: Completed readings are not eligible for change-of-mind refunds. If an included item is missing or you experience a delivery problem, please contact me so I can address it. If I cannot provide your reading or miss the confirmed delivery deadline:

You will receive a full refund.

Send cancellation requests to readings@tiastri.com. The time your request is received determines whether it arrived before preparation began.

Refunds will be returned through the original payment method where supported. Processing times depend on the payment provider.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable law.

5. Personal information collected and used:

I collect information you provide through the booking form and related correspondence. This may include your name, email address, reading question, optional background information, and payment-confirmation details.

I use this information to:

• Process and confirm your booking.

• Prepare and deliver your reading.

• Communicate about your request.

• Handle questions, cancellations, refunds, or delivery concerns.

• Maintain necessary business and transaction records.

• Include optional product recommendations if you separately request them.

Please provide only information relevant to your reading. Do not send passwords, Social Security numbers, full payment-card or bank-account details, or sensitive medical records through the form or email.

Submitting a booking request does not automatically subscribe you to an ongoing promotional mailing list.

6. Privacy, storage, and service providers

I do not sell or rent your personal information. I will not publish your question, reading, or correspondence, or use it as a testimonial, without your permission.

Your information may be stored or processed through the providers I use to operate this business, including:

• Website and booking forms: Hostinger.

• Business email: Hostinger/Gmail.

• Payment services: your selected payment provider.

These providers handle information under their own terms and privacy policies. Information may also be disclosed when required by law.

I take reasonable precautions to protect your information and restrict access. However, no website, email service, or electronic payment system can guarantee complete security.

Records are kept only as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, resolve concerns, maintain business records, and meet legal obligations.

For questions or requests concerning your information, email readings@tiastri.com. Some information may need to be retained for legal, accounting, or transaction-related purposes.

7. Payments through third-party providers

Payments are processed through the payment provider you select and are subject to that provider’s terms and privacy practices.

I will never ask for your payment-account password or login credentials. Payment information visible to me depends on the provider used.

If you receive an unexpected payment request, contact readings@tiastri.com to verify it before sending money.

8. Optional product recommendations and Amazon affiliate links

If you choose to receive them, your reading email may include optional recommendations for candles, oils, crystals, or other items for personal rituals or reflection.

Some recommendations contain Amazon affiliate links.

As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases.

This means I may earn a commission when you make a qualifying purchase through one of my affiliate links, at no additional cost to you.

Purchasing recommended products is entirely optional.

No product purchase is required to receive your full reading, and choosing not to purchase does not affect your service.

These items are not included in the reading price. Product purchases are separate transactions with Amazon or the relevant seller.

Product pricing, shipping, returns, and refunds are governed by the seller’s or marketplace’s applicable terms—not my reading cancellation policy.

Product recommendations do not promise healing, health benefits, or a particular spiritual or personal outcome.

Follow product labels and safety instructions.

You may decline recommendations when booking or withdraw your permission by emailing readings@tiastri.com.

This will not affect delivery of your paid reading.

9. Purpose and limitations

Tarot readings, affirmations, and ritual suggestions are offered for personal reflection and supportive guidance and inner self exploration.

They do not guarantee future events, specific outcomes, or healing, and they are not a substitute for medical, mental-health, legal, or financial advice.

You remain responsible for your decisions and actions.

10. Agreement and updates

By selecting the required agreement checkbox and submitting your booking request, you agree to these booking, delivery, cancellation, and refund terms and acknowledge the privacy practices described here.

Permission to receive affiliate product recommendations is optional and is requested separately.
