Booking, Payment & Cancellation Policy

Booking Your Session

All sessions—both in-person and virtual—are requested and scheduled online through TIASTRI.

Appointments may be booked up to 14 days in advance. Same-day appointments may be available when the calendar shows an opening and the requested session begins at least 6 hours after booking.

Selecting a time through the booking calendar reserves your requested appointment time. Please review your date, time, session type, and contact information carefully before completing payment.

Payment

Full payment is required at the time of booking to reserve your appointment.

PayPal and Venmo are the primary accepted payment methods. If you need to use another payment method, please contact TIASTRI by email before booking to ask whether another option is available.

Please do not send payment through an unapproved payment method without receiving written confirmation first.

Communication

Email is the preferred method of communication for booking questions, payment questions, scheduling updates, and session-related messages.

Please include your name, appointment date and time, and session type when contacting TIASTRI by email. This helps keep communication clear and allows your request to be reviewed efficiently.

Phone communication is limited and used only when TIASTRI determines it is needed for final confirmation, arrival coordination, or another appointment-related purpose.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Each appointment is intentionally reserved to create dedicated time and space for your session.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice before your scheduled session time. With timely notice, your full payment will be applied as a credit toward one future available session.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, missed appointments, and same-day bookings are not eligible for a credit or refund. Same-day appointments are nonrefundable once booked.

Refunds

Cash refunds are not offered for client cancellations, rescheduling requests, late cancellations, missed appointments, or same-day bookings.

If TIASTRI must cancel an appointment for a reason on our end, you may choose either:

A full refund of the amount paid, or

A full credit toward one future available appointment

Virtual Sessions

Virtual sessions are held through the meeting link provided after booking. Please make sure you have a reliable internet connection, a quiet private space, and access to the required platform before your scheduled session.

Your session time begins and ends at the scheduled appointment time. Late arrival to a virtual session does not extend the appointment end time or change the cancellation policy.

In-Person Sessions

In-person appointment details, including final arrival instructions, are provided after booking confirmation.

Please arrive at your scheduled time. Late arrival does not extend the session end time or change the cancellation policy.

Agreement to Policy

By booking a session and submitting payment, you confirm that you have read, understand, and agree to the Booking, Payment & Cancellation Policy, including the Privacy & Confidentiality Policy.
